Complete-player profile
We are evaluating complete baseball players—not filling the roster from position labels alone. Tell us where your player has experience; the workout lets us evaluate tools, instincts, versatility, coachability, and where each player may best help the team.
Team Francisco’s professional staff evaluates and ranks every player across the full workout.

Registration is an evaluation request—not a roster offer or a promise of a particular position, lineup role, or amount of playing time.
Simple process
Submit the parent form first. After eligibility review, Waves sends the confirmed evaluation location, date, and time.
A parent or guardian submits the player’s information, position experience, and contact details.
